What Is a Full Body Analysis?

The Full Body Analysis combines multiple measurements — BMI, body fat percentage, waist-to-height ratio, and lean mass — into a single comprehensive assessment of your body composition. Instead of relying on one number, it gives you a complete picture from multiple angles.

This approach is more useful than any single metric because different measurements capture different aspects of health. You might have a healthy BMI but high body fat. Or excellent FFMI but poor waist-to-height ratio. Only by looking at all metrics together can you identify where to focus.

How to Use Your Full Body Analysis Results

Look for patterns: if multiple metrics flag the same issue (e.g., high body fat AND high waist-to-height ratio AND high BAI), that’s a clear signal to prioritize fat loss. If metrics conflict (high BMI but low body fat), you’re likely muscular and BMI is misleading you.

Recommended Next Steps Based on Results

If fat loss is needed: calorie deficit + cardio + strength training. If muscle building is needed: calorie surplus + progressive overload + adequate protein. If you’re in healthy ranges: maintain with consistent activity and balanced nutrition.
